What is the difference between time tracking and the Report App?

Time tracking allocates employee hours to projects and tasks. The Report App creates time and materials reports with labour, materials, equipment and photos.

How much does time tracking cost?

Time tracking is included in the Caturix Standard and Pro plans. You can try either plan free for 14 days. Current prices, included users and features are listed on our pricing page.

Which devices can employees use to track time?

Employees can record working time on a smartphone in the Caturix app or in the web app. Project managers can then review, correct and approve the hours.

What support is available during setup?

Swiss in-app and email support are included in Standard and Pro. The Pro plan also includes priority assistance and professional training.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on team size, the master data already available and the scope you want. We therefore do not promise a fixed duration. You can try Caturix free for 14 days; in a personal demo, we will clarify the steps needed for your business.

Does time tracking work without an internet connection?

If the connection is interrupted, new time entries are stored temporarily in the Caturix app. They are sent to Caturix automatically once the connection is available again.

Can I see target hours, actual hours, holidays and absences?

Yes. The annual overview compares target and actual working time and includes holiday entitlement, holidays taken and absences.

Can Caturix connect to my payroll or industry system?

Approved hours can currently be exported as Excel or PDF. If you need a direct integration, tell us which system you use and which data should be exchanged. We will review the requirement with you.
