Time tracking
Time can now be booked for unplanned tasks and projects.
- Time is reported immediately and can be edited until it is approved.
- Reported times can be deleted as long as they have not been approved.

The project chat has been expanded and photos and files can now be sent directly in the chat.
Photos and files
- The file view can now be switched from a list view to a tile view.
- Files are previewed whenever possible.
- Files can now also be shared with employees in the app.
- Photos can now be easily edited in the app. This creates a copy of the original.
- The camera now has a 0.5x zoom.
- The upload status of photos is now better visualized.
Tasks and projects
- Project search and filters have been improved.
- With the new shortcuts for each task, the most important actions are even more accessible.
- All employees can now see all groups working on the same task on the same day.
- When creating new tasks, mandatory, missing fields are visually highlighted.
Inbox
- The inbox has been visually redesigned.
- The number of unread notifications is now shown on the app icon.
General improvements
- Government reports can now be displayed without prices and exported as a PDF.
- You can now decide whether a government report should be included in the statistics or not (e.g. if you bill it as an account).
- Entire folders can now be uploaded to the files.
- You can now store additional driving license categories and other certificates with employees.
- Photo and file selection has been simplified.
- The date of the last working day is now also displayed in the employee list.
- The total before VAT is now included in the statistics for government imports.
- Part of the comment is now displayed in the project overview for government reports.
- Polishers can now also write acceptance reports.
- There are now even more task types to choose from in the settings.
Bug fixes
- An error when creating recurring absences has been fixed.
- A planning error related to dismissed but already planned employees has been fixed.
- A pagination bug has been fixed.
- An error when uploading larger files has been fixed.
