You might be wondering...
Where is my Caturix data stored?
Data is stored in Google Cloud in the Zurich region, so the data location is in Switzerland.
How is data protected during transmission?
Communication between the browser, app and Caturix is encrypted, protecting data while it travels between your device and the platform.
How does Caturix protect stored data against failures?
Caturix uses Google Cloud security mechanisms, redundant storage and continuous backups. This is intended to prevent an individual technical failure from causing the loss of the entire dataset.
Who can access my data?
Operational and support access is controlled and limited to necessary cases. If an analysis is required, access is used specifically to resolve the request.
Can I export my data from Caturix?
Yes. You can request a data export. We will clarify the required data and formats with you.
What does the Swiss data location mean for German companies?
Data for German companies is also stored in the Google Cloud Zurich region. Contractual and data-protection requirements should be reviewed for the individual company before introduction; the technical location alone is not a legal assessment.
