Olanning
The first version of the new planning concept is now available to everyone.
- Timely planning of tasks and resources
- Day, week, or view view with drag & drop
- Group archiving
- Displaying absences in planning
- Warning when a resource was scheduled despite being absent
- View whether the planning has already been published
In the next few weeks and months, further features will follow to better represent the different working methods.
We welcome feedback and suggestions for improvements.
important: The old shift planning is still active in a transition phase, but will be deactivated in the course of Q1.
Notifications
From now on, users are notified of important events via their preferred channel (in-app or email).
- The preferences can be set per user in the settings.
- A list of all notifications is available under the “Mailbox” menu item.
- By clicking on the notification, the details are displayed and visually highlighted.
- Notifications can be deleted with a right click.
Notifications in the mobile app will follow shortly (including information on the daily program). We are happy to receive feedback.
General
Many other improvements have been implemented:
- The sidebar was introduced in the offer view.
- Visual improvements in the offer view.
- All list views reworked
- New standard filters for list views
- Numerous minor adjustments and bug fixes
