Merge duplicate contacts and enjoy more flexible planning approval

Contacts

• Caturix identifies duplicate contacts based on matching email addresses or identical names and postcodes.
• Duplicates can be merged. All links, such as projects and quotes, are transferred to the remaining contact.

Bills of quantities

• A higher-level structure can be inserted retrospectively for existing line items.
• When starting from an existing bill of quantities, images and documents are carried over.
• Headings and line items are clearly distinguishable in the catalogue.
• The recipient's address is positioned for the envelope window on the cover sheet.
• The outstanding amount and invoicing level are calculated based on the higher value of the order total and the measured quantity.

Planning

• Planning can now be approved more flexibly. Approval notifications can be configured per channel.
• In the Kanban view, only permitted status changes are now possible.

Mobile App

• Absences can be requested with specific time slots in the mobile app.

General improvements

• All emails from Caturix now feature a new, consistent design.
• Day-work reports automatically pull prices from the service catalogue.
• Only actual recorded working hours can be approved.
• When a user is deleted, their history is preserved.

Bug fixes

• Quote PDFs containing many photos now download faster and more reliably.
• The switch between daylight saving and standard time is correctly accounted for in the planning.
