NPK bills of quantities

Bills of quantities can now be created directly according to NPK. To do this, simply enter your CRB license once in the settings.

  • Chapters and items are imported directly from the NPK catalogs: the search finds chapters and displays the items they contain.
  • All common types of bills of quantities are supported: quotes, tenders, template bills of quantities, contracts, supplements, and measurements.
  • CRBX and e1S files can be imported, and completed bills of quantities can be exported back as CRBX.
  • A brand-new bill of quantities can be created from scratch using a CRBX file or based on an existing one.
  • Quantity take-offs are supported in all NPK variants, including primary and provisional items.
  • The quote PDF has been completely redesigned.

Custom text bills of quantities

Bills of quantities can now be created in the same editor as NPK bills of quantities. All existing quotes will now open in the new editor.

  • Freely enter your own chapters and items, including images directly within the item.
  • Import items from the service catalog.
  • Start a new directory based on an existing custom text directory.
  • Structures such as KAG and OGL are printed on the PDF.
  • The quote PDF is the same as for NPK quotes. All existing quotes will be downloaded in the new design when exported again.
  • All existing quotes have been migrated. If you notice any discrepancies in the content, please contact our support team.

The instructions in the Support Portal have been revised and help videos for the new quote editor are now available.

Service Catalog

The previous material and labor databases are being replaced by a central service catalog. Existing data has been migrated.

  • All services in the categories of personnel, material, inventory, and external services in one place.
  • For each service, you can store a unit price, labor rate, purchase price, VAT rate, tags, and a default supplier.
  • Services can be imported and exported as Excel or CSV files.
  • Every project now has its own "Services" tab with project-specific pricing.
  • Daily reports, labor reports, and custom quotes all draw from the same catalog.
  • Vehicles and machinery can be linked to an inventory service.

Comments

  • Comments are available on projects, tasks, labor reports, acceptance protocols, and contacts.
  • Use "mention person" to address someone directly and send them a notification.
  • Every comment is a thread with replies that can be expanded or collapsed.
  • Discussions can be marked as "Resolved" and reopened later: it remains visible who marked them as resolved.
  • Comments can be set to be visible only to site management or to the entire project team.
  • React with emojis instead of writing another reply.
  • Every comment has a shareable link, and you can set a reminder for yourself on any comment.

Planning

  • The various filters in the planning section have been standardized.
  • Shifts spanning midnight can now be rescheduled.
  • The 12-hour view now displays a warning if something has been scheduled in the other 12-hour block.
  • In the resource pool, subsequent days of a multi-day task can be hidden, making the pool easier to navigate.
  • The group selection is sorted in the same way as the groups in the planner.
  • The planner now loads incrementally and feels noticeably smoother when scrolling and dragging.

Tasks

The design of the task view has been completely overhauled.

  • Key content such as task descriptions, photos, and files are now all on one page.
  • All task properties, such as project, type, or status, are now displayed and edited in the new sidebar.
  • The task window can now be expanded to full screen.
  • Tasks now have a copyable link to make sharing them with office staff faster.
  • In addition, default checklists can now be created per task type in the task type settings. These are automatically applied to all new tasks of that type.
  • Tasks can be scheduled as recurring series. A dedicated overview displays all series.

Machinery

The existing lift function has been converted into a machinery management system.

  • Machinery can now be scheduled.
  • Any amount of technical information can be recorded.
  • Previously recorded lifts can now be found in the machinery list.
  • Machinery and vehicles can be linked to an inventory service from the service catalog.

Reports

Daily report
  • Compare target vs. actual hours per employee directly in the report.
  • Breaks can be recorded for each employee.
  • Created, modified, and deleted reports now appear in the project history.

  • The PDF displays VAT separately for each rate.
  • Terms and conditions can now be found under settings and are more flexible (e.g., specific to line items).
  • Changes are saved automatically as you work.

Working hours

  • New PDF timesheet for easy time tracking, including start/end times and breaks in hours and minutes.
  • The annual working time calendar can be exported as a PDF and fits on one page without scrolling.
  • CSV and Excel exports of employee working hours now include the employment status and, if applicable, the HR department.
  • The annual working hours view per employee now shows two decimal places.

Mobile app

  • Daily reports can now also be created in the mobile app.
  • Suggestions are displayed when recording services in daily reports.
  • VAT is recorded per line in the time and material report.
  • The new comment function is also available in the app.
  • Photo and file uploads continue reliably in the background and can be restarted if errors occur.
  • Recurring task series are now also marked in the app.

General improvements

  • Each contact now has a cockpit providing an overview (projects, revenue, etc.).
  • Overview lists feature configurable columns, including column width and order.
  • In project photos, the user filter now only displays users who have uploaded photos to the project.
  • Landscaping companies can now apply the reduced VAT rate on invoices.
  • In the project sidebar, information and contacts have been combined into a single tab.
  • The project journal now displays cash flow and financial metrics with drill-down capabilities.
  • In the staff list, the search now finds all employees regardless of the active filter.
  • Caturix loads noticeably faster.

Bug fixes

  • HEIC-format photos now display a preview again.
  • Sharing multiple images from WhatsApp at once is working again.
  • Lunch breaks are now also deducted in group bookings without assignments during scheduling.
  • An opened notification remains visible in the active filter.
